What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement strategy aligned with product launches and business priorities.
• Design and deliver scalable training programs, including e-learning modules, certifications, and live sessions.
• Develop high-quality enablement content and product documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive product adoption.
• Establish and track key enablement metrics such as time-to-proficiency and feature adoption to optimize programs.
• Implement innovative approaches and AI-driven tools to enhance knowledge sharing and training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product enablement, GTM enablement, or related roles.
• Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to quickly understand complex features and translate them into clear, actionable messaging.
• Experience with LMS platforms, content management systems, and knowledge bases.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring ROI.
• Must be based in the United States.
