TL;DR

GTM Strategy & Growth Lead (Codex, AI): Driving go-to-market strategy for Codex products and platform capabilities with an accent on growth priorities, commercialization models, and customer segmentation. Focus on defining success metrics, strategic bets, and cross-functional execution to scale adoption across developer and enterprise segments.

Location: Based in San Francisco, CA with hybrid model (3 days/week in office). Relocation assistance offered to new employees.

Salary: $285K – $385K + equity

What you will do

  • Lead GTM strategy for Codex, partnering with Product and GTM leadership on growth priorities and commercialization.
  • Define north star goals, launch metrics, and KPIs; monitor performance with Data Science.
  • Develop growth strategies for products, customer motions, and market opportunities.
  • Create customer segmentation frameworks and tailored strategies by profile, industry, and adoption stage.
  • Provide structured feedback and insights to influence product roadmaps.
  • Design commercial models, packaging, and monetization with Pricing, Finance, and Product.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research for strategic decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, consulting, product strategy, or finance in high-growth tech.
  • Strong data fluency to define metrics and drive decisions.
  • Experience with technical/developer products and B2B GTM motions.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B GTM models across Sales, Success, Product, Marketing, Operations.
  • Proven leadership in complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong product intuition for roadmap and commercialization partnering.

  • Experience developing pricing, packaging, or monetization strategies.
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication to influence senior stakeholders.
