Salary: $175,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Design commercialization strategies including pricing, packaging, and launch sequencing based on market research.
• Develop GTM motions across various customer profiles to drive scalable revenue.
• Manage partnerships to expand distribution and unlock new demand channels.
• Create customer pilots, onboarding flows, and expansion playbooks to move accounts to production spend.
• Enable customer-facing engineers with commercial playbooks to effectively position and sell the platform.
• Define and track success metrics for GTM initiatives and run experiments to validate hypotheses.

Requirements

• Track record of executing GTM strategy, product commercialization, or business operations at a technology company.
• Experience selling highly technical products to technical buyers while building credibility.
• Proven ability to build commercial scaffolding (segmentation, pricing, packaging) around product-market fit.
• Proficiency with financial models, metrics frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience at a developer infrastructure, API, or ML platform company.
• Technical fluency in ML fine-tuning workflows, model customization, and training infrastructure.
• Direct experience with 0-to-1 commercial programs or new product introductions.
• Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and the competitive landscape for fine-tuning.
• Experience building GTM processes and playbooks that scaled into a team.
