What you will do
- Audit and refine the visual identity across product, marketing, and social channels to ensure a high-trust brand presence.
- Build and maintain a centralized brand guideline system and scalable design templates for various platforms.
- Develop high-impact visuals for campaigns, partnerships, and product launches in collaboration with Growth and Marketing teams.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of graphic designers and freelancers.
- Integrate AI tools into creative production workflows to improve speed, quality, and creative impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead role experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact in brand, marketing, and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
- Practical experience leveraging AI in visual creation and branding workflows.
- Proven ability to design for digital platforms including web, social media, and campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, async teams with high ownership.

Hiring process
