What you will do

• Design high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and digital assets for sales audiences.
• Maintain and evolve the organization's visual identity and brand guidelines across all communications.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint techniques to simplify complex financial messages through visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver commercially effective solutions.
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory standards and are clear, fair, and not misleading.
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working across print, digital, and presentation design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for detail and deep understanding of brand consistency.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Hove, UK.
