Location: Remote (UK or EU-based) with occasional in-person collaboration in London

What you will do

  • Lead the creative direction across all brand touchpoints, including digital channels, campaigns, and customer experiences.
  • Personally design and produce high-quality assets for social media, paid ads, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency while improving creative quality and commercial impact.
  • Create engaging static and motion content, including video assets for storytelling and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Design and build landing pages and digital experiences using modern tools like Webflow or Framer.
  • Manage and direct freelancers and agencies while maintaining hands-on involvement in key outputs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior creative, brand, or digital design role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong video editing and motion design skills for performance-driven content.
  • Must be based in the UK or EU.
  • Ability to attend occasional in-person collaborations in London.
