What you will do

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative assets for multiple platforms and social channels.
• Build and evolve brand identity systems to ensure consistency across all hirify.global creative work.
• Integrate generative AI tools to explore ideas and accelerate the design process at scale.
• Research design, culture, and category trends to inform digital and physical creative output.
• Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams within large projects, balancing speed and quality.
• Collaborate with photographers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to execute strategic briefs.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong expertise in branding, visual identity systems, and consumer experiences.
• Ability to design effectively across various platforms and social channels.
• Must be based in Mexico City (as per remote location requirements).
• Ability to travel for in-person gatherings and work sessions as needed.
