What you will do

• Lead significant design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence.
• Drive conceptual exploration through innovative ideation sessions and comprehensive design research.
• Craft design strategies and translate them into cohesive solutions for various digital and physical channels.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives and establish creative direction.
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive guidance to foster their growth and ensure delivery quality.
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance creative inspiration and streamline project workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success within dynamic brand or design agency environments.
• Strong grasp of how design drives business objectives and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
• Expertise in integrating typography, color palettes, and imagery to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Fluent English is a must for articulating concepts and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Miro.
• Experience in creating engaging motion graphics and versatile visual content optimized for various platforms.
