Location: Hybrid: London, UK (approx. 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead conceptual exploration for medium to large-scale branding projects from ideation and sketching to refined development.
• Develop strategically grounded design solutions across integrated touchpoints, including digital, print, and experience.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems aligned with audience, message, and channel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project direction and deliver best-in-class creative work.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate ideas and craft across the studio.
• Utilize AI and emerging tools to enhance knowledge, inspiration, and design efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Designer within a brand or design agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating bold, innovative ideas and creative excellence.
• Ability to turn strategic thinking into impactful design solutions across various formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro.
• Experience in motion graphics and digital design for cross-platform visual content.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
