HR Services Subject Matter Expert (HR Operations): Providing high-level support to HR Admins and Payroll Specialists and optimizing global HR processes with an accent on data quality and process automation. Focus on improving HRIS accuracy, developing comprehensive HR reports, and leading the implementation of streamlined employee lifecycle workflows.

Location: Remote; office hubs available in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, and Bologna. Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the role location (no visa sponsorship available).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for global HR Admin and Payroll teams.
  • Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define and execute employee lifecycle processes.
  • Drive HRIS data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive reports based on HR data.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and spearhead automation improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, labor relations, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in HR Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems and data management tools.
  • Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Legal right to work in your current country of residence or the role location.
