What you will do
- Manage all administrative matters for the Warsaw office, including facilities, supplies, and reception.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and airport transfers for clients and employees.
- Support internal users with administrative systems such as Notion, People Force, Trello, and Slack.
- Develop onboarding plans and educate new hires on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Plan and co-manage corporate events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Address employee queries regarding office management, stationery, and hardware.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar HR or Office Administration position.
- Excellent English and Polish language skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work full-time and be in the office 4 days a week.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
