TL;DR

People Systems Specialist (HRIS): Managing core HRIS data architecture and workflows with an accent on standardization, scalability, and automation of PX processes. Focus on leading HRIS migrations, implementing AI applications for HR, and ensuring global data accuracy.

Location: Remote or hybrid (Hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, or Bologna). Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence or the role location (no visa sponsorship available).

What you will do

  • Own the HRIS system (Hibob), managing data architecture, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
  • Lead the implementation and migration to new HR tools and systems.
  • Define and evolve PX Services processes to ensure a compliant and people-centric employee experience.
  • Automate PX processes and integrate AI applications to foster innovation.
  • Collaborate with PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity) to optimize the E2E employee journey.
  • Monitor and ensure employee data quality in coordination with Finance and BI teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 1-2 years in a similar global role.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator and process owner, specifically leading HRIS implementation projects.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills for data compilation, research, and problem-solving.
  • Legal right to work in the country of residence or the hub location.
