TL;DR

Sales Lead (Enterprise Sales): Expanding Starlink connectivity across North America with an accent on Retail, Backhaul, Energy, and Mobility industries. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, qualifying leads, and implementing process improvements to drive exponential growth.

Location: Hawthorne, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

hirify.global is developing technologies to enable human life on Mars and providing high-speed, low-latency connectivity via Starlink.

What you will do

  • Engage in customer inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct pre-sales discussions.
  • Manage the sales process for assigned customers, handling documentation such as offer letters and NDAs.
  • Own and implement sales process improvement projects to enable exponential growth.
  • Support sales managers and directors during onsite visits, conferences, and other sales events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience or 1+ years of experience within hirify.global.
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR requirements.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
  • Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to close sales.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of launch vehicles, satellites, or the aerospace market.
  • Demonstrated track record of project ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
