TL;DR
Employee Relations Partner (HR): Managing end-to-end employee relations cases and investigations in a semiconductor technology company with an accent on complex workplace investigations, HR compliance, and employment law. Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. On-site role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage employee relations cases and investigations from intake through interviews, escalation, resolution, and closure.
  • Handle complex investigations involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, performance, and conduct issues.
  • Advise HR business partners, managers, and employees on policies, procedures, corrective actions, and employment-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence, global employee relations, HR business partners, and non-HR functions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, specialized training, and technical support for HR and managers.
  • Track case metrics, analyze trends, and recommend organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of employee relations experience; human resources business partner experience is helpful.
  • Experience leading a variety of employee investigations with limited supervision.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, AAP/EEO, ADA, I-9, and labor and employment laws.
  • Experience with global HR or employee relations, particularly European Works Councils, is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, communication, collaboration, judgment, risk assessment, and prioritization skills.
