Human Resources Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day Human Resources activities through HR professionals and supervisors.
• Partner with Operations and business leaders on workforce, headcount, and organizational planning.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and succession planning.
• Coach managers through complex employee matters, organizational changes, and performance decisions.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to support business planning and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while improving HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of related Human Resources experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience managing HR professionals or supervisors.
• Experience with workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, employment law, organizational development, analytics, conflict resolution, and change management.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or engineering organizations.
• Experience leading HR teams in a high-growth environment.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional HR certification.
• Experience with organizational design, government contracting, HR systems, or process improvement.
