What you will do

• Lead the modernization and execution strategy for hirify.global.com, prioritizing corporate messaging and AEO presence.
• Manage a team of web developers and digital marketers, including external contract resources.
• Oversee website architecture utilizing Drupal CMS and optimize customer user journeys.
• Drive SEO and AEO search visibility through keyword research and strategic content creation.
• Monitor web traffic, ROI, and KPIs using tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
• Improve the Webstore eCommerce platform to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in web management or digital marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise-level websites with Drupal (or similar CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency in technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics tools.
• Must be based within commuting distance of specified office locations for a hybrid work arrangement.
