What you will do

• Monitor and track license usage across the company to ensure adherence to license agreements.
• Perform detailed data collation and target seeking tasks.
• Conduct a high volume of phone follow-ups and communicate with overseas colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with internal legal and procurement teams.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on license compliance issues.
• Investigate and resolve license compliance disputes and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome; 1+ year in license compliance is a priority.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of license agreements and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in license management software and tools.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
