Location: Hybrid (Philippines: Manila and Cebu). Must be based in the Philippines and willing to travel between company hubs.

What you will do

  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of the Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists and Enrollment teams.
  • Drive business growth by implementing bold acquisition strategies across dental, veterinary, cosmetic, vision, and audiology markets.
  • Refine training programs and coaching practices through call listening and the consultative sales process.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Seismic, and Tableau to analyze client needs and team performance for data-driven coaching.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to deploy sales tools and growth campaigns.
  • Manage key performance metrics, including enrollment rates, purchase volume per provider, and account growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Financial Services.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com functionality.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and able to travel to the Cebu office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in dental, medical, or marketing sales sectors.
  • Strong finance and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in remote and independent environments.
