TL;DR
Leasing Agent (Hospitality): Driving revenue through finding and managing mid-term (1-6 month) rental opportunities, fulfilling bookings, and supporting client management with an accent on lease execution, relationship building, and meeting revenue targets. Focus on lead management from inquiry to contract, proactive account development, and optimizing CRM processes for repeat business.
Remote contract role based in the Philippines. Requires overnight hours to align with U.S. business hours, with mandatory availability on weekends.
Starting base pay: $8.25–$9.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Book and manage mid-term (1-3+ month) reservation requests, handling lead management, guest communication, rate quoting, availability checks, contracts, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Ops teams on lessee-related processes and needs.
- Handle reservation extension requests, renewals, and support.
- Develop marketing materials, outreach emails, and flyers; keep platforms updated and optimized.
- Proactively identify target accounts, negotiate contracts, nurture relationships, and grow the mid-term rental base.
- Enter and manage all leads in sales CRM; track wins and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of revenue-based experience in apartment leasing or corporate housing industry.
- Strong understanding of lease terms and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality reservations and real estate rental/leasing landscapes.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end; organized multitasker thriving in complex environments.
- Super-communicator with strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaboration.
- Proven ability to improve and streamline processes.
