What you will do
- Define market strategy for corporate sales services, including B2B and Domestic Express.
- Identify product needs and translate them into business requirements for product management.
- Design and develop commercial plans, encompassing sales plans, pricing, and business support.
- Acquire and onboard new customers aligned with target KPIs.
- Maintain high-level relationships with key clients and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, develop, and evaluate the performance of the partnerships and corporate sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving volume, revenue, and market share growth in a B2B environment.
- Ability to manage and expand a portfolio of key corporate clients through upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience in owning financial targets and KPIs for specific sales channels.
- Capability to develop and implement industry-specific commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a sales team.
- Ability to provide thought leadership to senior internal stakeholders.
