Sr. Customer Growth Specialist (LATAM + Philippines): Proactively engage existing customers through outbound outreach to generate expansion pipeline with an accent on identifying growth opportunities from usage signals and account data. Focus on qualifying needs via discovery conversations, progressing opportunities in Salesforce, and handing off to CS and Sales teams.
Location: Remote from Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, or Philippines

What you will do
- Proactively engage customers via email, calls, LinkedIn to identify expansion opportunities from product usage, intent data, and engagement trends
- Qualify needs, timelines, and potential through discovery conversations
- Create and progress qualified opportunities in Salesforce
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Sales for clean handoffs
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track activities, and participate in enablement to improve targeting and conversions
Requirements
- 5+ years in quota-carrying outbound role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Customer Growth)
- Comfort with proactive outreach and customer conversations
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to grasp technical/product value propositions quickly
- Strong written/verbal communication and data-driven prioritization
Nice to have
- Experience with customer expansion/upsell/cross-sell
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, usage-based pricing
- Work with long-tail/high-volume customer segments
