TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving lifecycle-led business impact through customer engagement initiatives for invoicing solutions with an accent on activation, retention, and revenue growth. Location: Remote in Canada (Hybrid/In-office options available if near a company office)

Salary: $89,000 – $109,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle experiences across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Develop lifecycle strategies and hypotheses to drive customer activation, retention, feature adoption, and monetization.
  • Translate business priorities and customer insights into engagement initiatives that influence customer behavior.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, and Data teams to align messaging.
  • Monitor performance using measurement frameworks and run experiments to optimize lifecycle outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or customer marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of owning customer journeys tied to business outcomes.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to payments-related initiatives and monetization strategies.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Product Marketing teams.
