What you will do
- Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo, including building, QA'ing, and scheduling.
- Ideate and write email copy based on established strategies and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize lifecycle flows, such as welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned checkout.
- Manage audience segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
- Lead A/B testing across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to identify patterns and implement strategic improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on proficiency with Klaviyo, specifically campaigns, segments, and flows.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding QA and campaign setup.
- Ability to write and edit effective email copy.
- Solid understanding of segmentation and audience logic.
