Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving growth across the customer journey from lead conversion to expansion with an accent on behavior-based lifecycle programs and AI-driven personalization. Focus on optimizing trial-to-paid conversion, accelerating onboarding, and increasing customer retention through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Must be based out of hubs in Montréal, Toronto, Miami, San Francisco or Raleigh

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle journeys for both PLG and Sales-Assisted motions to improve time-to-value and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Define and manage lifecycle segmentation based on user behavior, personas, and funnel stages.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing for messaging, timing, offers, and channel mix across email, in-app, and web chat.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle-to-sales handoffs.
  • Manage core programs including MQL/PQL nurture, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate personalization and automate operational tasks while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in both pre-sales conversion (lead to opportunity) and post-sales retention programs.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (required) and experience with in-app tools like Pendo or Intercom.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in or able to work from hubs in Montréal, Toronto, Miami, San Francisco, or Raleigh.
  • Daily fluency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for workflow automation and creative generation.
