Salary: $90,000 – $96,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and customer value.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing the lead generation process from prospecting to demo.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
