Location: Must be based in the USA (Atlanta, Georgia or Remote)
Salary: $66,000 - $83,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, personalized email, and social selling.
- Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads by aligning customer pain points with platform solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives to research target accounts and identify key personas for tailored outreach.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects to drive early-stage opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and comfort with cold calling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects at all levels.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and tailor messaging.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, and other sequencing tools.
- Success in creating and managing outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Customer-first mindset and interest in technical solutions.
