What you will do

• Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across the ad ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage models that power precision targeting.
• Represent the product to customers, championing their needs internally to drive development.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and prioritize features.
• Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to ensure adoption and measurable advertiser impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Redmond, US (office attendance required 4 days/week for local employees).

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• 6+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
• 8+ years of experience improving product metrics and disrupting established markets.
• 5+ years of experience developing digital advertising products, specifically on demand-side platforms.
