TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (Ads AI): Building and optimizing AI-driven scalable advertising products with an accent on search targeting, controls, and ROI for advertisers. Focus on designing solutions for an automation-first landscape and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Location: Mountain View, United States. Must reside within a 50-mile commute of the office and work onsite at least four days per week.

Salary: $220,800 – $331,200 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across the hirify.global ad ecosystem.
  • Design and build AI-driven, scalable advertising products that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Legal to create solutions for an automation-first landscape.
  • Represent customer needs internally and champion them to ensure product-market fit.
  • Work with ML teams to leverage precision targeting and safeguard brand trust at scale.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to ensure adoption and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
  • Must be based in the US and able to commute to the Mountain View office 4+ days per week.
  • Proven track record of building AI-driven, scalable advertising products.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and making tough prioritization decisions across stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • 5+ years of experience developing digital advertising products, specifically on the demand/buying side platform.
  • 8+ years of experience improving product metrics (growth, usage, churn reduction).
  • 8+ years of experience disrupting markets with competitive products.
