What you will do

• Define and own product strategy for your area in partnership with engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations.
• Apply AI to create step-change improvements: identify opportunities and drive from insight to production.

• Represent customer voice (patient, provider, payer) with data and research in decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management with track record in complex, high-impact areas
• Experience with LLM systems: prompting, retrieval, evaluation, fine-tuning; shipped scalable AI products.
• Built at scale in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive environments.
• Thrives in regulated industries; influences across engineering, clinical, legal, finance, operations.
• Strong quantitative fluency for experiment design and causal analysis.
• Precise communication in writing, reviews, and with leadership.
