What you will do

• Guide the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for ad formats to ensure user engagement and partner performance.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, design, and legal to launch revenue products.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and experiment results to partner teams and executive leadership.
• Evolve the suite of ad formats specifically for game studios, developers, and advertisers.
• Build and execute a roadmap of experiments and growth levers to optimize ad formats.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Remote or San Francisco Bay Area).
• 7+ years of experience shipping software, driving prioritization, and setting timelines.
• Strong product sense for the ad formats space and deep understanding of user engagement.
• Proficiency in SQL to organize and leverage data for informed product decisions.
• Demonstrated technical effectiveness working closely with engineers and understanding of AI offerings.
• Track record of driving impact via rapid experimentation for advertising tech products.

Nice to have

• Experience with rewarded ads formats and the gaming advertising vertical.
• Experience working with ad formats and advertising platforms at other companies.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical experience.
