Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end privacy product lifecycle from PRD to launch for AI monetization surfaces.
• Build and scale platform primitives like APIs and SDKs for consent state, identity, and data scoping.
• Partner with engineering to implement runtime guardrails for youth safety, AI disclosure, and policy enforcement.
• Define product strategies to optimize personalization quality and relevance while adhering to privacy constraints.
• Develop metrics and telemetry to monitor trust, revenue, and consent conversion rates.
• Enable privacy-safe partnerships through software capabilities such as clean rooms and auditing controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Mountain View office for the hybrid work requirement.
• Experience shipping ads, monetization, personalization, or large-scale consumer platform products.
• Proven track record of leading technical execution with engineering teams regarding APIs and telemetry.
• Familiarity with privacy and AI governance concepts such as GDPR, UK GDPR, and CPRA.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive platform adoption.

Nice to have

• 12+ years of professional experience in product or software development.
• Experience with privacy-preserving technologies like differential privacy, secure compute, or on-device processing.
