What you will do

• Own the product narrative for MAI Content, explaining product decisions regarding AIGC, monetization, and personalization systems.
• Define and communicate AI principles, quality standards, and safety guardrails for AI-generated content.
• Develop global audience and format narratives across different regions and use cases.
• Partner with Sales to define brand and product positioning for emerging monetization and ad products.
• Manage internal and external communication channels regarding product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Policy, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Redmond, United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6-12+ years of experience in business, with 10+ years specifically in Product Marketing or Product Strategy.
• Experience with platforms or AI-driven products where outcomes are non-deterministic.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience working with publishers, creators, or advertising-adjacent ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, product evaluation, or policy constraints.
