What you will do

• Identify and develop new growth initiatives for customer acquisition, from initial research and project planning to execution.
• Build robust business cases and prepare compelling presentations to drive strategy.
• Manage market expansions through research, planning, and performance analysis.
• Integrate AI and automation to ensure effective market entry and scalable growth.
• Take full ownership of projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, project management, marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Structured approach to work with strong time and priority management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (hybrid).
