What you will do

• Manage demand planning, inventory, and purchase order execution for assigned accounts.
• Perform POS and trend analysis to monitor business performance and suggest immediate action plans.
• Coordinate with supply chain and account management teams to ensure timely communication and execution.
• Develop weekly business reports and monthly financial updates with deep-dive operational metrics.
• Collaborate with customer replenishment teams to review results and adjust shipment plans.
• Manage trade spend and input promotional plans into forecasting systems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
• Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets to inform decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
