TL;DR

Founding Associate, Growth and Global GTM (Aviation): Developing commercial collateral and managing the global go-to-market strategy for autonomous ground handling solutions with an accent on sales operations and contract management. Focus on building high-impact pitch decks, optimizing the sales cycle, and coordinating between legal, finance, and customers to accelerate deal closure.

Location: Hybrid in New York City; exceptional remote candidates within US time zones considered

Compensation: $140K – $180K • Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Create high-quality customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, and ROI models.
  • Coordinate contract support, managing redlines and versions for MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs.
  • Manage sales operations, including CRM maintenance and the company's internal content library.
  • Lead prospect and customer calls throughout the sales cycle and handle professional communications.
  • Project-manage long sales cycles, tracking timelines and resolving bottlenecks to ensure deal progression.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for rapid model and slide creation.
  • Strong intuition for contract structures and legal redlining.
  • Ruthless attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in NYC or within US time zones.
