Salary: $150K–$180K OTE

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for enterprise accounts
- Work an inbound-only pipeline with no cold calling
- Nurture long-term relationships across 3–6 month deal cycles
- Navigate buying committees of 2–4 stakeholders including economic buyers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and ER leaders
- Partner with CS and product teams for seamless handoffs
- Leverage AI tools for documentation and conversation quality
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in HR, talent management, employee relations, recruiting, or adjacent People function
- Track record in revenue-adjacent role like account management, consulting, recruiting, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with longer deal cycles and consultative selling
- Self-directed and disciplined in a remote-first environment
