TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (Ideal: East Coast)

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on acquiring new logos in the Large Enterprise segment (> $5B revenue).
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with executive decision-makers and key influencers within target accounts.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, providing structured coaching and career development.
  • Partner with GTM partners such as AWS, MSFT, GCP, Nvidia, and SAP to expand market reach.
  • Own regional revenue performance, tracking KPIs and delivering accurate sales forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership.
  • Proven experience working with hyper-scaler ecosystems, either directly or as a consulting partner.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading teams focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Experience in Cloud, Data, and App Development working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Sales-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, CSP, CPSP, CSE, SAM, CISP).
