What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise platform delivery, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company goals.
- Manage complex workstreams including data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, and go-live support.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and customer project teams.
- Implement customer adoption strategies using change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver comprehensive training programs and collateral for end-users and executives.
- Provide break-fix triage during deployment and monitor system performance to ensure reliability.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise SaaS delivery.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and data migration using SQL or automation tools.
- Deep experience in organizational change management and stakeholder relationship building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.
Nice to have
- PMP, Agile, or similar change management certifications.
- Experience in regulated industries.
