What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise platform delivery, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company goals.
• Manage complex workstreams including data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, and go-live support.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and customer project teams.
• Implement customer adoption strategies using change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver comprehensive training programs and collateral for end-users and executives.
• Provide break-fix triage during deployment and monitor system performance to ensure reliability.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of program or project management experience in enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and data migration using SQL or automation tools.
• Deep experience in organizational change management and stakeholder relationship building.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or similar change management certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries.
