What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for the ATL flagship deployment site.
• Define and maintain program schedules, milestones, and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional accountability and resolve blockers between Engineering and Operations.
• Implement program governance standards, including status reporting and risk escalation.
• Develop launch readiness frameworks to track program health.
• Contribute to shared TPM tooling, templates, and process standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management within hardware/software integrated or systems engineering environments.
• Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems/safety, or robotics.
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning to launch.
• Experience in safety-critical or high-accountability environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or aviation.
• Experience mentoring other TPMs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in field-deployed or operationally-sensitive environments (airports, logistics).
• Master's degree or PMP/PMI certification.
