Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead (AI Robotics): Own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives spanning AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and manufacturing operations with an accent on strategy, program management, analytics, and hands-on AI tooling. Location: Hybrid in Warren, Michigan – expected to report to office at least 3 times a week. Travel <25%. May be eligible for relocation benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, measurement, and iteration, including robotics AI capabilities, data programs, and tooling rollouts.
• Program manage large multi-team initiatives with roadmaps, dependency maps, risk registers, and operating rhythms across AI, robotics, manufacturing, and product teams.
• Define Robotics AI strategy with leadership, create narratives linking technical work to business outcomes, and prepare executive presentations.
• Analyze data with SQL/Python/R, build dashboards in Looker/Power BI, and leverage Databricks for insights and reporting.
• Design GenAI workflows and agents to automate analysis, reporting, and operations.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, roboticists, data engineers, and product managers to align workstreams and engage external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product/technical program management, or data science/analytics.
• Experience in AI/ML/robotics (e.g., robotics AI, applied ML, computer vision).
• Proven leadership of complex cross-functional programs with ambiguity.
• Hands-on with SQL/Python/R, dashboards (Looker/Power BI), Databricks, GenAI tools, and Jira/low-code platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication across technical/non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics AI or physical AI in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Background at research-production intersection, data-driven KPIs, and metrics for AI/robotics systems.
• Storyboarding, narrative design, and rapid learning of new domains/tools.
