TL;DR

Director Of CRM (Marketing): Driving incremental revenue from current and lapsed subscribers through global upgrade, upsell, and winback strategies with an accent on lifecycle orchestration and channel health. Focus on scaling high-impact programs across email, push, and in-app messaging while leading a high-performing CRM team.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY, USA (requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000

What you will do

  • Define and own the global expansion strategy and quarterly roadmap for upgrade, upsell, and winback revenue.
  • Architect segmented customer journeys by lifecycle stage, behavior, and intent across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Lead experimentation roadmaps (A/B/MVT) and maintain a winning playbook by segment and region.
  • Oversee channel health, deliverability, and compliance with regional regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Manage and develop a team of CRM managers and associates, setting clear goals and growth pathways.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Growth, Data, Engineering, and Finance to maximize program impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy and automation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Proven track record of driving direct sales in a subscription or product-led environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Emarsys, Braze, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
  • Must be based in NYC and able to work in office 3+ days per week.
