What you will do

• Orchestrate fleet allocation and ensure alignment on priorities between Operations and Engineering teams.
• Manage vehicle commissioning, service, and maintenance workflows to minimize downtime.
• Oversee software release rollouts and own the release and feature regression testing processes.
• Drive design improvements and updates to garage infrastructure to support efficient field operations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Integration Engineers and Test Operators.
• Support verification and validation (V&V) efforts by allocating necessary resources and personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Robotics) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, QA, or technical program management within robotics or autonomous systems.
• Must be located in Atlanta for regular presence at operational sites and test facilities.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, field-based environments.
• Hands-on technical ability to diagnose and solve problems across hardware, software, and integration boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with outdoor mobile robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Background in fleet management, vehicle commissioning, or field service operations.
