Location: Remote (US), based in Detroit, MI with approximately 50% travel within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Market Development and Project teams to execute strategies and increase the regional customer base.
  • Perform cold calls and warm outreach using innovative sales tactics to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage qualified leads and pipeline opportunities to achieve regional goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends to grow a detailed and expansive customer base.
  • Oversee business activities within the Midwest AOR, including significant field travel.
  • Utilize CRM software to log and capture every stage of the sales process.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close complex deals.
  • Must be based in or able to travel extensively within the Midwest region.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and various CRM systems.
  • Experience with school districts or the EV charging industry is highly desirable.
