What you will do

• Qualify outbound leads via phone, webforms, and email.
• Handle high-volume outreach and quick turnaround tasks.
• Communicate product value to prospects and hand off qualified interest to Account Executives.
• Identify new business opportunities, educate prospects, and develop new leads.
• Collaborate with field sales team counterparts to help build and execute territory plans.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience with cloud and/or SaaS products preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technology and communicate it effectively to prospects.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Raleigh, NC office in a hybrid capacity.
