What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and discovery to closing new accounts.
  • Generate pipeline through self-outbound prospecting and nurture warm leads provided by marketing and BDR teams.
  • Conduct discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Master and utilize sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Montreal, Toronto, Raleigh, or Austin.
  • 2+ years of total sales experience in a B2B closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer with the ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • BA degree or higher.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg).
  • Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success working in a remote setting.
