What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and discovery to closing new accounts.
- Generate pipeline through self-outbound prospecting and nurture warm leads provided by marketing and BDR teams.
- Conduct discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with +/- 15% accuracy.
- Master and utilize sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in Montreal, Toronto, Raleigh, or Austin.
- 2+ years of total sales experience in a B2B closing role.
- Documented success as a closer with the ability to articulate metrics and data.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- BA degree or higher.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg).
- Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
- Documented success working in a remote setting.
