What you will do

  • Generate new business via inbound leads and outbound prospecting to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to target and qualify prospects for the sales team.
  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain high activity metrics, performing 60-100 activities per day via email, calling, and social media.
  • Experiment with creative lead generation methods to meet and exceed meeting targets.
  • Learn the full sales cycle by collaborating across marketing and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience.
  • Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid).
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to thrive despite daily objections and rejection.
  • Data and metric-driven mindset with dedication to achieving company targets.
  • Proficiency with professional sales tools.
  • Strong sense of extreme ownership and openness to transparent, candid feedback.
