What you will do
- Generate new business via inbound leads and outbound prospecting to grow the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to target and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Develop outbound prospecting strategies in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain high activity metrics, performing 60-100 activities per day via email, calling, and social media.
- Experiment with creative lead generation methods to meet and exceed meeting targets.
- Learn the full sales cycle by collaborating across marketing and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience.
- Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid).
- Understanding of sales processes and the ability to thrive despite daily objections and rejection.
- Data and metric-driven mindset with dedication to achieving company targets.
- Proficiency with professional sales tools.
- Strong sense of extreme ownership and openness to transparent, candid feedback.
