What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Translate client needs into well-defined solution designs and recommend best-fit configurations.
• Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting for software implementations.
• Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities to inform product team enhancements.
• Manage the budget, scope, and timeliness of integration projects.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of aviation consulting experience in maintenance, engineering, logistics, QA, or flight operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on software implementation experience.
• Strong SQL Server expertise and excellent data manipulation skills.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SaaS or cloud deployment.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Project Management experience or certification.
• Firm understanding of regional and international aviation regulatory authorities.
