What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of an AI Co-Pilot product from MVP to a scalable, production-ready solution.
• Design and implement a secure, scalable, multi-tenant architecture.
• Build and integrate AI-driven workflows across support, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Develop hands-on using LLM tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude.
• Integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on product direction and mentor internal team members.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to move quickly from concept to MVP.
• Experience integrating AI into business workflows.
• Strong ownership mindset and commercial awareness.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Coventry, UK

Nice to have

• Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Background in SaaS, data, IoT, or telematics.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Experience building scalable systems.
