What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and technical execution of the AMP (hirify.global Management Platform) and SERA platforms.
• Engineer internal platforms to automate service workflows and enhance efficiency through AI.
• Design and oversee the client-facing visualization engine (SERA) to ensure transparent backend operations for end-users.
• Lead a unified engineering organization, managing teams across the US and nearshore hubs.
• Act as a player-coach executive, balancing high-level strategic leadership with deep technical involvement.
• Utilize high emotional intelligence to integrate cross-border teams into a single high-performing engine.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Extensive experience in platform leadership and engineering management.
• Proven track record of leading distributed, cross-border development teams.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage cultural integration and team dynamics.
• Ability to operate as a contractor.
