What you will do

• Lead the design and operation of platform services and frameworks for applications, widgets, and AI-driven experiences.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, and monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Develop SDKs and tooling to improve developer experience, extensibility, and internal frameworks.
• Shape GenAI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces and dynamic UI generation (GenUI).
• Collaborate with Platform, AI, Data, and Product teams to align Studio capabilities with long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend or full-stack focus.
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering team lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in system design and building scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and modern frontend technologies (React).
• Location: Must be based in Israel
• English: Excellent communication skills required

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating AI/LLM-based systems in production.
• Experience with extensibility platforms, APIs, or developer ecosystems.
• Familiarity with workflow engines, orchestration systems, or event-driven architectures.
• Background in developer experience (DevX) or design systems.
